A few more photos from our recent trip to Oklahoma. Within the Wichita Mountains National Wildlife Refuge we climbed Mount Scott…. or at least drove up. It’s around 2400 feet tall and the 9th tallest point in the state. It offers panoramic views of the Oklahoma Prairie below

I like the composition of the last photograph of the Mount Scott series. It really captures a feeling of space, with the leading line of the cracked roadbed.
