Downtown Dallas, Texas

It’s been a while since i shared any photos on here so thought i’d add some photos from Dallas earlier this spring. Over the last few years i’ve done a lot more wildlife than street photography, so for a change i’ve edited some images from Downtown.

Looking down Pacific Avenue from the West End.
The triangular looking building in this image is Fountain Place. At the time of it’s construction in 1986 it was the Second Tallest building in Dallas at 63 Stories. Currently it’s fourth tallest building in the city.
This photo was taken in Pioneer park cemetery. It’s one of the oldest cemeteries in Dallas, people buried here vary from the earliest founders of the city, to soldiers of the Texas revolution to the American Civil War.
This photo was taken at the AT&T discovery district. In my opinion this is of the nicest parts of Downtown. Interestingly the building puts on different exhibitions throughout the year, but a few months back they did one of Clint Eastwood and his films. Amongst many things they actually had the Gran Torino from Gran Torino on display which was pretty amazing to see.

Howdy, my name’s Matt. I'm originally from England but now live here in the Great State of Texas. Since moving here I thought it would be fun to try something new and enter the world of photo blogging.
