Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge, Texas

Took a Summer trip to Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge in North Texas. This is the first time visiting in the Summer and it didn’t disappoint. We arrived at the refuge at around 630am in time to watch the sunrise which was impressive to say the least. As always there were plenty of birds and other wildlife to enjoy whilst visiting.

Sunrise North Texas Style.
As well as the birds there was plenty of other nature to see on this summer morning. We saw plenty of Rabbits, a Bobcat, a Coyote, Deer, a Hispid Cotton Rat & even a Cottonmouth Snake.

Howdy, my name’s Matt. I'm originally from England but now live here in the Great State of Texas. Since moving here I thought it would be fun to try something new and enter the world of photo blogging.

    1. Cheers David! Unfortunately missed it, sandra turned and ran at such a speed from it I don’t think my highest shutter speed would’ve caught it before it went back into the grass
